The District provides round-the-clock emergency response.
To report a leak, main break or other water/sewer issues after hours call our on-call phone (970) 379-0519.

During office hours, office personnel are available to answer any questions regarding billing, account set-up, payment, meter requirements/reads, and tap fees.  Also, the office sets up work orders when field crew is needed to respond or be scheduled for water/sewer inspections, final walkthroughs after construction, meter reads, turn on/off water service, etc.

Any line locates must be called into UNCC - dial 811.

The District office will be closed on the following dates:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day

The water and wastewater facilities operate every day of the year.
