Snowmass Water and Sanitation District supports our customers in upgrading irrigation equipment to current technology that maximizes efficiency to meet landscape needs.

Terms:
The District encourage all customers to apply for the program.
- Funding will be made available on a "first-come, first served" basis. Maximum funding is listed as a total per account, delivered one time.
- Irrigation Assessments- provided by a third party with funding from the District- must be completed before upgrades are rebate eligible. Upgrades must be specifically recommended in the Irrigation Assessment to rebate eligible.
- Weather-Based Controller and Rain Sensor must be installed first before other upgrades can be rebate eligible.
- Rebates can only be used to support efficiency improvements, not for common repairs that are deferred maintenance.
- Upgrades must be completed within 18 months of the Irrigation Assessment being completed.
- Upgrades must be field verified by a District staff member or District-appointed third party before rebates will be delivered.
- Rebates will be provided following submission of a paid invoice for work completed. Submissions can be sent to dsmith@swsd.org.
