2026 Watering Schedule
Watering restrictions apply year round
North Side: Tues/Thurs/Saturday
South Side: Wed/Fri/Sunday
NEW THIS YEAR: Due to the drought, watering occurs only between midnight and 8 am on your specified watering day. No watering after 8 am.
The line separating the NORTH and SOUTH watering zones follows Owl Creek Road to Brush Creek (not the road) at the Seasons Four Condos and then continues up the creek to the Divide. Everything to the NORTH of this line (towards the Rodeo), is the NORTH watering zone. Everything to the SOUTH (towards the Ski Area) is the SOUTH watering zone. As a point of reference, the Snowmass Center is the NORTH watering zone and the Divide Subdivision is in the SOUTH watering zone. See map on the watering schedule linked below.
Fines:
- 1st - Warning
- 2nd - $250
- 3rd - $500
- 4th - $1000
- 5th - Disconnect
