For Tier 3, Tier 4 and Tier 5 Water Usage Rates

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Snowmass Water and Sanitation District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Snowmass Water and Sanitation District may consider temporarily increasing the District ' usage rates, fees for water usage tiers 3, 4 and 5 at an open public meeting to be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at District office located at 0177 Clubhouse Drive, Snowmass Village Colorado 81615.
